[CAMBC - mtb] Re: TAKMBD volunteers and details

Thanks, Dave. I am proposing we not purchase any beverages, and just
have the beverage coolers filled with water. Since BRC is donating
bottles for each kid, they can fill them from the coolers.

That budget is very generous, I should be able to do nice fruit,
quality energy items etc, for that. Red Bull is NOT on the list!!!

I'll put up a facebook event now, too. I had asked for this to be done
last week on the CAMBC FB account but heard nothing, so I will put it
on mine.

I was planning to put out the call for volunteers again tomorrow after
I knew the final talley.
